The Veterans Transportation Service is located at the corner of Airport Road and Rt. 41 in the Government Center Building H, Room 212. Hours of operation are: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
When calling in with appointments to clinics or hospitals, please allow 48 hours between your call and your appointment. You will be advised the day before the appointment about the time of departure. You need to be at Building H at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.
Also, please try and arrange appointments to St. Pete, Tampa or Miami between 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.; to Ft. Myers between 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Our drivers are all volunteers and very generous in donating their time for our veterans.
