Only ten hours a month...
The best role models are busy people. Even active professionals can afford ten hours a month with a child to listen, experience, and grow. You can include your Little Brother or Sister in home activities for a family experience. We offer a couples program which is designed to match one or more kids with two adults. Both families and singles can participate.
Caseworker eases you both into friendship...
Friendship is built upon a strong foundation, and our caseworker will evaluate both Little Brother or Sister and Big Brother or Sister before they meet to make the best match. Home visits and assessments for each will eliminate any mystery and promote confidence in the match. Our goal is to match you with a Little Brother or Sister that easily fits into what you do.
You approve match before you meet...
There may be up to four children deemed appropriate, from which you, the adult volunteer, will be allowed to choose. The caseworker will facilitate a meeting with the Little Brother's or Sister's parent to afford you the opportunity to participate in the matching process. Orientation and information is provided to each party to help make educated decisions.
