Who the
heck is Larry Cook, owner of the "Cookeee
Factory?"
I guess this would be a good place to tell you about the new phone service I signed up for. I now have a toll free 800 # that only cost 6.9¢ per minute with NO other fees. Also, any calls I make from my home to any other state AT ANY TIME are the same 6.9¢ per minute - with no monthly fees. (ATT was charging me $4.95 a month for 10¢ per minute.) And they will reimburse you for any switching fees. If you always make a lot of long distance calls, you can also get 4.9¢ with a $4.95 per month fee. This would work good for you if you total long distance is more than $20.00 per month. Check out this company.
I finally got crackin' on getting more of my Photo Album on line. It has been updated with pictures from vacation this summer, a fall trip to New Hampshire and some of the Grandkids coming to Florida for a few days in Disney World and then here in Naples. Please take a look. Even if you are not a close friend or family, you may enjoy the pictures of Amicalola Falls, Carters Lake, Dahlonega, etc. Enjoy the Photo Album.
What do I do when I'm not glued to my computer? I go camping. (I do take my notebook computer with me, and I do have global access to the Internet, but it's different when you are camping.) Check out my Camping Pages and see the world, almost.
Now anyone who knows me would guess that I would need a "food page." Well, here it is, the Cookeee Factory recommends, (from tacos to prime rib) The Food Page
And the next thing on my mind is always Free Stuff. You will find lots of good stuff for free (or real cheap) but don't forget to come back and finish reading my pages! :-)

A lot of people ask me "how do you get those pages to look like that on the internet?" Well, it is done with a programing language called HTML and you can just put the code in with a word processor - OR - you can do it the easy way, with an HTML editor. There are a lot of them out there, but I have ended up using what I consider "the best." It was created by a company called Sausage Software, and the program is called "hot dog." Sounds more like it should be on my "food page." Now if that makes you want to take a look at it, just click here to read about it or to down load your free 30 day trial copy. (Their site should open in a new browser window, so when you are done there, just close the window and you should be right back here.)

Now that we're all filled up with that good food, how about a nap? NO WAY! We've got "surfing" to do.
Let's go to my FUN PAGE.
By the way, do you remember your favorite teacher? I kept mine, for almost 30 years now.Ssshhhhhh! Here comes the teacher now!

That's it for now - I'm building these pages in my spare time and I don't have a lot of that right now. I have started a little Internet company called Cookeee's Web Factory and I design web pages and rent space for advertising on the Internet. And I do all that while traveling the Country in my motor home.
If you came to this Web site to enter the T-shirt contest, I'm sorry I have had to discontinue it. It was just too much keeping up with it since I began living in the motor home and traveling. Thanks for visiting the Cookeee Factory
