My first paid assignment upon moving to Naples - a brochure for The Nature Conservancy. I rowed out to the island at sunset in a small boat and while the mosquitos swarmed 'round me and the birds came home to roost, I shot a role of film very quickly. . . to avoid being stranded aground all night by a swift outgoing tide. |
